Sophie Gour, new Group Vice President, Equipment & Procurement for the Colas Group

Sophie Gour has been appointed Group Vice President, Equipment & Procurement of the Colas Group. Reporting to the CEO, Pierre Vanstoflegatte, she joins the General Management Committee. Since 2021, she has been Chief Procurement Officer and a member of the Veolia Group’s Management Committee.
Sophie Gour began her career in 1998 as an auditor with KPMG, focusing on the infrastructure and construction sector. She then pursued her career in finance at Plastic Omnium, Cap Gemini and then Solvay, where she was in charge of Group financial consolidation in Paris.
In 2010, she joined the Veolia Group as Head of Consolidation for the waste management division until 2013. She was then appointed Finance Director Corporate UK and Ireland in London, and then Head of Finance for Central and Eastern Europe in Paris.
In 2018, Sophie Gour was promoted to Secretary General at Sade, a Veolia subsidiary, where, until 2021, she oversaw finance, procurement, equipment management, IT services and property assets.
Sophie Gour graduated from ESLSCA Business School Paris.
