Stéphanie Minnebois has been appointed Group VP Techniques, Research, Development and Innovation for
the Colas Group from January 1, 2026. She joins the Executive Committee and will report directly to Pierre
Vanstoflegatte, Chief Executive Officer of Colas.

She began her career in 1999 as a design engineer at Screg Ile-de-France Normandie, a subsidiary of the Colas Group, where she set up and managed the Design Offices and Major Projects Department.

After working at Lafarge France from 2013 to 2016 as Marketing Director – Roads and Networks, Stéphanie returned
to Colas to help set up Colas Projects, a subsidiary dedicated to managing major projects in France and internationally.
She worked here in several different management positions for six years until taking responsibility for the New Business, Performance and Risk Management Division.

In 2022, she was appointed Group VP Techniques, Research and Development for the Colas Group, with the task of
coordinating technical subsidiaries in France and internationally, and managing central resources dedicated to Research & Development within the CORE Center, supporting regional technical departments.
 

In 2024, her scope expanded with the integration of BIMbyCO, the expert entity in the deployment of BIM, digital twins and generative design tools. Since the beginning of the year, her responsibilities have also included leading the Group's Innovation Department.

Stéphanie Minnebois is a graduate of the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie (ESTP Paris). She also has a Master of Science degree in construction management from the University of Birmingham.
