Hervé Le Bouc appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Colas

The Board of Directors of Colas, chaired by Mr. Alain Dupont, met on October 30, 2007 in the presence of Mr. Martin Bouygues.
 
As stipulated during the Board of Directors’ meeting on  February 21, 2007, Alain Dupont announced his decision to step down as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.   
 
Martin Bouygues wished to join the members of the Board in thanking Alain Dupont for the extent of his accomplishments.  Under his leadership, Colas enjoyed exceptionally steady, profitable growth.  From 1984 to 2006, revenue  rose from 1.1 billion euros to 10.7 billion euros and net profit increased to 401 million euros.   
 
Hervé Le Bouc, a member of the Board of Directors of Colas since February 2007 and Deputy General Manager since August 2007, was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.  Mr. Le Bouc, who joined the Bouygues Group in 1977, has notably been Chairman and CEO of Bouygues Offshore and Saur.
