Emmanuel ROLLIN has been appointed Group General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Colas

After graduating with a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Lyon III and a Master’s degree in International Business Law from the University of Aix-Marseille III, Mr. Emmanuel ROLLIN, 46, began his career in 1998 within Bouygues Construction. He started out as a lawyer at Bouygues Travaux Publics, before moving on to the South African subsidiary Basil Read Holdings Ltd, and then on to the parent company Bouygues Construction SA. In 2006, Emmanuel ROLLIN was appointed Chief Legal Officer of Bouygues Entreprises France Europe before taking the head of Bouygues Construction's Legal Division for Building and Real Estate Development in 2016.
