The Board of Directors of Colas SA, chaired by Hervé Le Bouc, met on October 1, 2019.

Hervé Le Bouc announced his decision to resign as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Colas SA.

All the members of the Board of Directors thanked Hervé Le Bouc for the role he played in the transformation and continued development of the Group as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Colas from October 2007 to May 2019.

The Board of Directors has appointed Olivier Roussat as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Colas SA. Olivier Roussat, Deputy CEO of Bouygues SA and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bouygues Telecom, has been a Director of Colas SA since April 17, 2019.

Previously non-voting Director of Colas SA, Arnauld Van Eeckhout, General Secretary of the Bouygues group, has been co-opted Director.

The co-option will be submitted to the approval of the General Shareholders’ Meeting of April 22, 2020.

On May 14, 2019, the Board of Directors had decided to separate the functions of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, and to appoint Frédéric Gardès Chief Executive Officer of Colas.
