The Combined General Meeting of Colas will be held on:

The notice of meeting is published today in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires). It contains the agenda of this Meeting, as well as a description of the main procedures for participating and voting at the Meeting and for exercising shareholders' rights.

This notice of Meeting is available on the Colas website, https://www.colas.com/en/finance/general-meeting, in the Finance/General Meeting/2023 section, along with other information about the General Meeting.

The General Meeting is an opportunity to present the Group's strategy and development prospects and to participate in the life of the Company. All shareholders are invited to express their views by attending the General Meeting, being represented by proxy or voting by correspondence.

The documents required to be made available to shareholders in connection with this meeting will be available at the Company's registered office, 1 rue du Colonel Pierre Avia - 75015 Paris, under the conditions and within the time limits provided for by the legal and regulatory provisions, and may also be requested:

• by email at assembleegenerale@colas.com, until Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (Paris time);
• by mail at COLAS – Direction Juridique - 1 rue du Colonel Pierre Avia - 75015 Paris, until Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (Paris time).

For holders of bearer shares, the request must be accompanied by the share certificate issued by the authorized intermediary holding the share account.
