A press release dated October 13, 2017 announced the filing of a complaint by Colas Rail in connection with an international project and the existence of discussions to transfer the construction contract in progress to a third party. These discussions were successful and the transfer of the contract took place without any significant economic impact for the Colas Group. The investigation following the complaint filed by Colas Rail is currently under way.
