Colas Foundation supports Rêv'Elles and Apprentis d'Auteuil

As part of its new positioning in favour of the social and professional integration of young people, Colas Foundation is supporting two partners in France, the Rêv'Elles association and the Apprentis d'Auteuil Foundation, demonstrating its commitment to gender diversity and equal opportunities.
A partnership with Rêv'Elles to promote gender diversity
Rêv'Elles, an association working for equal opportunities and the professional integration of women since 2013, aims to expand their opportunities, give them the tools to build their career plan and develop their potential and their empowerment to act.
The association aims to become a benchmark organisation for empowering young women from working-class neighbourhoods on a national scale. With this in mind, the partnership between Colas Foundation and Rêv'Elles aims to consolidate its territorial coverage in the Île-de-France and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes regions and significantly accelerate its expansion into new regions.
By providing financial support of 125,000 Euros between now and the end of 2024, the Colas Foundation will be working to boost the girls' confidence in themselves and in others.
In addition, as part of this partnership, various initiatives will be rolled out to involve Colas employees in the project, in particular by hosting a day of the “RVL Ton Potentiel” programme on the company's premises and by participating in juries throughout the year.
Support for the Apprentis Auteuil Foundation, to help young people find employment
At the same time, Colas Foundation has joined forces with the Apprentis d'Auteuil Foundation through the Pro'pulse programme, which aims to help the most vulnerable young people find social and professional integration through apprenticeships.
By making a financial contribution of 50,000 Euros to this programme in the Nord-Est region, Colas Foundation will facilitate access to a modular and personalised apprenticeship preparation programme for almost 500 young people aged between 16 and 30 facing multiple exclusion situations and with a low level of qualification.
"Our partnerships with Rêv'Elles and Apprentis d'Auteuil demonstrate our ambition to contribute to a more inclusive society. By supporting these initiatives, we are reaffirming our commitment to equal opportunities and the integration of young people, says Pierre Vanstoflegatte, Chairman of the Colas Foundation"
Finally, to show its commitment to the social and professional integration of young people, Colas Foundation will soon be extending its action overseas by supporting two new associations.
