Colas acquires the assets of Granite Contracting LLC in the United States

Reeves Construction Company, a Colas company in the USA, acquired the assets of Granite Contracting LLC, a company specializing in asphalt mix production and paving, with operations in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Backed by 115 employees, Granite Contracting LLC, which boasts three asphalt plants that produce approximately 400,000 tonnes per year and a 70-unit strong fleet of construction equipment, generates annual revenue of nearly $50 million.

This acquisition allows Reeves Construction Company, already present in North Carolina and South Carolina, to expand in the growing markets of these two states.
