Appointment of Sandra Chabrier-Breil Martin, new Director of Strategic Development and Projects for the Colas Group

Sandra Chabrier-Breil Martin has been appointed Director of Strategic Development and Projects for the Colas Group with effect from October 1, 2024. Reporting to the CEO, Pierre Vanstoflegatte, she joins the Executive Committee. Since 2021, Sandra Chabrier-Breil Martin has been Chairman of Aximum, a Colas subsidiary specialising in road safety and mobility solutions.
As part of her new role, she will head up the Marketing and Business Development Department, the Major Projects division, and the Sustainable and Intelligent Mobility and Infrastructure department, which develops innovative road asset management services and solutions to give new functionalities to the road (Flowell illuminated pedestrian crossings, for example).
Sandra Chabrier-Breil Martin began her career in 1994 with Bouygues Construction, working for a subsidiary of Bouygues Energies & Services (Transel) as a site engineer on transport lines, before becoming Construction Manager and then Operations Manager on various assignments in France.
In 2010, she joined Bouygues Bâtiment International in Singapore, where she was in charge of all the technical lots for a major infrastructure project: a large sports and leisure complex called Sports Hub. Returning to Bouygues Energies & Services in 2014, she was appointed Executive Vice President of the France & International Business Unit, in the Transmission & Distribution and Photovoltaic activities sectors. In this role, she manages teams on a number of major international projects.
In 2014 and 2018, she received the jury's special prize at the Trophée de la femme du BTP (award for women in the construction industry), then the Trophée de la meilleure trajectoire à l'International (award for the best international trajectory) awarded by Le Moniteur.
