The 2019 annual report is now available in French and 2020 outlook is suspended
Colas hereby announces that its 2019 Annual Report in French was filed with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on March 25, 2020.
The following documents are included in the 2019 Annual Report in French:
- the information as stipulated in article 222-3 of the General Regulation of the AMF;
- the extra-financial performance declaration as well as the independent third-party audit report;
- the report of the Board of Directors on corporate governance;
- the description of the share buyback program.

2020 Outlook
On February 20, 2020, the Group presented its outlook for 2020 when it published its full year results for 2019.
The outlook will be affected by the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the Group's business segments. This impact cannot be quantified at the moment as it will depend on a number of factors, including the extent and duration of the pandemic, the prevention and support measures adopted by the governments concerned, the eligibility of employees for partial unemployment, the length of time that construction projects remain shut down, the availability of project owners, project managers, suppliers, service providers and subcontractors, as well as the scope and timing of any economic recovery plans targeted at infrastructure.
Due to these uncertainties, the Colas Group is suspending its targets until the situation is clearer.
