After several weeks of challenges, sports fixtures and collective mobilisation, the 4th edition of the Colas Team Cup has reached a key milestone: the qualifying phases are now complete.
More than 4,300 employees around the world have taken part in this truly human and solidarity-driven adventure, confirming once again how deeply embedded the Colas Team Cup is in the culture of the Colas Company.
Unprecedented International Mobilisation
Five-a-side soccer tournaments, running competitions, “Incredible Talents” videos, charity challenges… This 4th edition has energised Colas teams on every continent.
Beyond sporting or artistic performance, this edition stood out for the collective engagement of employees, and also their family members, friends and colleagues, all mobilised to support a charitable cause at the heart of the competition, in partnership with the Colas Foundation.
Every participation, every show of support, every share helped make this edition a unifying experience full of meaning for the entire Group.
Makarska, Croatia: Heading for the 2026 International Finals
The qualified teams and talents will gather in March 2026 in Makarska, Croatia, for the Colas Team Cup International Finals.
This exceptional setting will provide the backdrop to celebrate team spirit, cultural diversity and the human values that drive the Group.
A Look Back at the Qualifiers by Geographic Zone
MACAO Zone: Morocco Takes Centre Stage
The MACAO Zone tournament was held on 21 November 2025 in Casablanca, at the Club Oasis City Foot 5.
Nine teams and 63 players competed in a strong spirit of fair play and competition.
The Royal Eagles (Morocco) emerged victorious and secured their ticket to the International Finals.
USA Zone: Unity is Strength
For the USA Zone, a single team – formed from the merger of Sully-Miller, Colaska, Colas Inc. and Barrett – will proudly represent the region.
This united squad is a powerful example of cross-entity cooperation, fully aligned with the spirit of the Colas Team Cup.
Central & Western Europe: Belgium and Croatia Qualify
In Brussels, the Central & Western Europe final brought together 10 teams representing 10 countries.
In an intense yet convivial atmosphere, Belgium and Croatia claimed victory in the football final.
They will represent their zone at the International Finals in Croatia in March 2026.
MESEA Zone: Destination Dubai
The MESEA Zone tournament took place on 29 November 2025 in Dubai, with teams travelling from Namibia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.
The UAE Camels won the tournament and became the official representatives of the zone for the International Final.
Northern Europe, United Kingdom & Ireland: See You in Dublin
From 22 to 24 October 2025, six teams met in Dublin for a tournament marked by outstanding team spirit and a warm, friendly atmosphere.
Colas Ltd (Zone 9) – Doxey Dodger FC took the win after several hard-fought matches at the Dublin Sports Dome.
The event was also punctuated by convivial moments, including a visit to the Guinness Storehouse and an awards ceremony at the Bull & Castle.
France: Exemplary Mobilisation Across the Regions
West
Following regional pre-selections that brought together nearly 300 participants, 18 teams qualified for the zone finals.
On 4 October 2025 in La Rochelle, 130 finalists faced off in an intense day of competition.
The team from Toulouse won the tournament and secured its place at the International Finals.
Île-de-France - Normandy
On 20 September 2025, nearly 400 employees, divided into 56 teams, gathered at Urban Soccer in Guyancourt.
The Colas Étampes agency won the tournament and will represent the IDFN zone in Croatia.
North-East
In Reims, on 15 November 2025, the North-East territory brought together the eight best teams from the qualifying phases: Nexteam, Epin’all Star2, Les Gaulois du 58, Troyes au But, FC Artois A, Les Sangliers, Team Five 80 and Colas Strasbourg.
Driven by a strong sense of fair play and exemplary employee engagement, the Colas Strasbourg team – composed of employees from Colas and Aximum – claimed victory at the end of the tournament.
It will represent the North-East territory at the International Finals in Croatia, proudly flying the colours of its zone and of the Group.
South-East
On 13 September 2025, the South-East territory tournament brought together 45 teams – nearly 400 players – for a full day of intense yet convivial competition.
At the end of the matches, the Colas Colombe team came out on top, earning its qualification for the International Finals.
The solidarity dimension was also very much present: a €1,000 donation was made to the Léon Bérard Centre, a hospital specialised in cancer care, in support of research and patient treatment. This amount corresponds to a rounded figure based on the total number of goals scored during the tournament, turning sporting performance into concrete social engagement.
"Incredible Talents" and Running: The Competition Continues

The “Incredible Talents” jury – Véronique Barillot (painter), Chun Win Lam (dancer at the Paris Opera) and Daniel Viertbauer (artist and label manager), alongside Delphine Lombard (Colas Communications & Brand Director) and Christophe Mansuy (Colas Human Resources & Security Director) – reviewed and scored the videos to establish the final ranking.
Runners were also invited to share their race results, as every performance counts when it comes to qualifying for the finals.
