You apply and coordinate the company’s communication policy. As such, you create and manage communication actions, for example, in-house projects involving internet communication platforms, organizing conventions, and external projects such as brochures. Your job is cross-disciplinary: in-house communication, press relations, social networks, multimedia, or you are an expert in one area.
With a Masters in Communication or Business, you have already completed one or more internships in a Communication Department. You are interested in technical issues and industrial environments. You have good knowledge of media and communication tools.
You are part of a subsidiary head office Communications department. You learn your job and the specifics of your business unit in contact with the Communications Manager.
During the first year, you will participate in welcoming programs at subsidiary and Group levels and you attend your first Colas University within 18 months.
Your career development
After a successful experience, you can move on to Communication Supervisory functions either within your organization or in another subsidiary.
