Bouygues SA (Committee Chairman), represented by Marie-Luce Godinot

A graduate of École Polytechnique (1994) and of École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications (1996), Marie-Luce Godinot joined Bouygues Construction in 2001. After having held various posts at STRUCTIS, Bouygues Construction’s IT entity, she took responsibility for the SAP EDIFICE project in 2009, whose aim was to standardise all accounting and management processes in the company’s entities. 

In 2015, she was appointed Director of Innovation and Sustainable Development and then, in 2018, Executive Vice-President of Bouygues Construction in charge of Digital Transformation, Innovation and Sustainable Development. In 2019, she extended her responsibilities to Information systems.

In September 2022, Marie-Luce Godinot is appointed Bouygues group’s Senior Vice-President, Innovation, Sustainable Development and Information Systems.

She has been Bouygues' permanent representative on the Colas Board of Directors since September 17, 2023.
