Emmanuel Rollin holds a DEA (diploma of advanced studies) in business law (from the University of Lyon III) as well as a DESS postgraduate degree and a DJCE business law degree in international business law (from the University of Aix-Marseille III).

He began his career in 1998 at Bouygues Construction. He worked as a legal adviser for Bouygues Travaux Publics at its subsidiary in South Africa, Basil Read Holdings Ltd, then at Bouygues Construction SA.

In 2006, Emmanuel Rollin was appointed Chief Legal Officer of Bouygues Entreprises France Europe before becoming head of the Building & Property Development Legal & Compliance Department at Bouygues Construction (2016).

He joined Colas in September 2018 as the head of the Legal & Compliance Department.

On January 1, 2023, Emmanuel Rollin will be assigned to the Audit & Internal Control Department and will thus become head of the Legal, Compliance and Risk Department
