With a higher education degree in construction, risk management or QSE, you will ideally have experience in the public works sector.
A QHSE supervisor's job is learned primarily in the field. You will be mentored by an experienced QHSE supevisor to assist you. You will also be required to go out into the field to familiarize yourself with the operational end of the business. During the first year, you will be given specific training on technical and managerial fundamentals. You will participate in welcoming programs at subsidiary and Group levels and you attend your first Colas University within 18 months.
