You are responsible for the day to day business of an industrial production unit (asphalt plant, concrete plant, emulsion plant). You optimize production upstream and ensure compliance with safety, environment, and quality regulations. You are responsible for customer relations (in-house with Group companies and external clients) and you ensure that plants and equipment are in good working condition. You also supervise the maintenance budget.
You graduated with a 2-year higher education degree in electrical mechanics, automated systems or industrial systems.
You work at first with an experienced plant supervisor, allowing you to gain autonomy and technical and manegerial credibility with your teams.
To complete your skills, you can benefit from training in safety, quality, etc.
Your career development
After a successful first experience, you can continue by managing one or more mobile or stationary plants with largers tonnages. Gateways are also possible to Sales or Equipment.
