Assistant Operations Manager

Your job

You report to the Profit Center Manager and supervise all operational activities in the profit center, in compliance with requirements regarding deadlines, budgets, safety and quality. You have a global vision of operations that enables you to organize and optimize, to ensure profitability of internal and external means on each project.  You supervise the workforce on a project (site supervisors, superintendents, foremen, surveyors, workers) and are a source of information to upstream management and downstream construction teams.

Your profile

A 2-year higher education degree in construction, with at least 15 years experience as a Project Manager, you have developed  technical credibility, leadership skills and strong management expertise.

This position can also be an intermediate step between the position of Head of Profit Center and Branch Agency Manager.
